about

Hi, I’m Nick – the founder of NF Built.

I began my career as an apprentice carpenter in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, working on high-end homes and heritage restorations. From there, I progressed into commercial apartment construction working for Tier 1 & 2 companies, and today I work in civil infrastructure as a Senior site supervisor on major Tier 1 projects, which have included Western Sydney International Airport and Sydney Metro both at Central Station and currently working on Western airport line.

I’m a fully licensed NSW builder with over 20+ years of experience across residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong relationships with reliable, high-quality trades and subcontractors and gained a deep understanding of how projects run successfully from start to finish.

Alongside my industry work, I’ve also contributed to the next generation of builders by teaching at TAFE NSW, delivering the Certificate IV Builder’s Licence course.

My passion for helping clients comes from personal experience. My wife and I have renovated homes in both Sydney’s Inner West and Bayside Council (can see both houses on Instagram) while working full-time and raising two young children. Going through that process firsthand gives me a real understanding of how overwhelming renovations can be without the right knowledge and support - navigating budgets, making decisions, managing trades, and dealing with the pressure that comes with it all.

That’s why I created NF Built.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting advice, you’re gaining an independent advocate. I bring the combined perspective of a licenced builder, site supervisor, and experienced renovator to your project, providing clear, practical guidance from the very beginning so you can make confident, informed decisions every step of the way.
