✖ Quantity surveying

✖ Architectural design

✖ Legal advice

✖ Financial advice

All advice is general, indicative and based on professional industry experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NF Built is not liable for any loss, damage, cost overrun, defect, delay or adverse outcome arising from reliance on advice provided.

• NF Built is not responsible for the conduct, workmanship, pricing or performance of any trades or builders.

• Cost estimates are indicative only and do not guarantee final builder pricing or contract totals.

• You agree to indemnify NF Built against claims arising from your use of the advice provided.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

✔ Provide accurate information.

✔ Ensure safe site access.

✔ Confirm the property is a standalone house.

✔ Notify NF Built of hazards or restricted areas.

Failure to do so may result in termination without refund.

Site Safety

NF Built reserves the right to immediately refuse or terminate a consultation where the site is considered unsafe or does not comply with workplace health and safety requirements.

If a consultation is terminated due to unsafe conditions, no refund will be issued.

Payment

• Full payment is required before any consultation commences.

• Consultations will not proceed until payment has been received.

• Prices may change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours' notice is required.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• One complimentary reschedule is available when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

• NF Built may reschedule bookings due to emergencies or operational requirements.

Reports

Reports are prepared using information supplied by the client together with observations made during the consultation.

Reports are not:

• Engineering reports

• Construction documentation

• Compliance certificates

No Guarantee of Outcomes

NF Built cannot guarantee:

• Council approval

• Builder acceptance

• Final construction costs

• Project timeframes

• Trade availability

• Feasibility of design changes

Renovation outcomes depend on factors outside NF Built's control.

Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, recommendations and other materials supplied by NF Built remain the intellectual property of NF Built and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Privacy

NF Built will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and will only use it for communication, reporting and delivery of services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be dealt with exclusively by the courts or tribunals of New South Wales.
